Solitaire FRVR is a true to the original remake of the classical Klondike Solitaire game everyone knows and loves. Klondike is a solitaire card game often known purely by the name of Solitaire. It is probably the most well known solo card game. It has been reported to be the most commonly played computer game in recent history, possibly ranking higher than even Tetris.

Your goal is to win! You win the game when you move all cards to the foundations (the 4 empty piles in the upper right corner). You must start each foundation with an Ace. Then you can place cards of the same suit in ascending order: Ace, 2, 3, 4, ..., 10, Jack, Queen and King.

Cards are shuffled and 28 are dealt on the tableau (the 7 piles in the bottom of the screen). The remaining 24 cards form the stock (top left) and the game start with one card turned from the stock into the waste pile.

• The last card of each pile from the tableau can be transferred to the foundation of the same suit, in ascending order.
• Any visible card from one pile can be moved to another, but in alternate color and descending order: 7 of Hearts, 6 of Clubs, 5 of Diamonds, 4 of Clubs...
• The top card from the waste can also be played to the tableau piles or foundations.
• Only a King can be moved to an empty pile.

When all moves are done, you turn one card from the stock to the waste pile before playing it to a foundation or on the tableau if suitable. When the stock is empty, the cards from the waste are reused. You will know when you have lost.

How to play Free Klondike Solitaire

Klondike Turn One is an HTML5 and JavaScript card game, but I tried to copy the gameplay from Windows Classic Solitaire:

• Use drag & drop to move cards from one pile to another
• Click on the stock to draw one new card
• Double-click on a card to add it to a foundation
• Right-click (or tap and hold) to move all possible cards to the foundations

• GAME: Play a new game of solitaire (or press F2) at any time, even in the middle of a game.
• HINT: Get some help to find your next best move (or press H).
• UNDO: Back up one move (or press Control+Z). You can continue to undo until you reach the beginning of the game.

How to play?

The game starts with a shuffled deck. The objective is to sort card by suit and number, starting with aces at the bottom and ending with kings at the top. The cards, starting with aces, can be put by the player into the foundation boxes in the top-right corner of the game board. The player moves cards by mouse using the drag-and-drop technique, that is by clicking a card and holding a mouse button while moving mouse together with a card to the new location, where releasing the mouse button releases the card.

If there are no cards to be placed in the foundations, the player can draw a card (or three cards, depending on which variant of the game the player chose) from the stock in the top left corner of the game board or can manipulate cards already on the board. In the traditional Klondike Solitaire, cards on the board are arranged in up to seven tableaus. Some cards are facing up and some cards are facing down. The cards that are facing up can be moved by a player. Such a card can be moved either to the foundation up top, or to another tableau together with all cards lying on top of it. A card can be placed on top of another card in any tableau if and only if it has a number lower by one and a suit of the opposite color to the card it is being placed on.

There are two main ways of scoring Klondike Solitaire Online XL. Vegas scoring requires player to invest $52 upfront ($1 for each card; negative amounts are indicated by brackets), and then gives back $5 for each card placed in a foundation. In this type of scoring, the player can go through cards in the stock a limited number of times: one if only one cards is drawn at a time and three if three cards are drawn at a time. Another type of scoring is standard scoring. It simply awards the player points for each move. When using standards scoring, the player can choose to have a timed or untimed game. In the timed game, points are subtracted as the time passes and at the end of the game, a bonus for timely completion is awarded.
